EXPERT EVIDENCE, THE ADVERSARY SYSTEM AND THE JURY

In an article by Neil Vidmar "Expert Evidence, the Adversary System, and the Jury", the author discounts the arguments of critics regarding the juries ability to deal competently with expert witnesses. This article is found in American Journal of Public Health, v.95, no.S1, pp S137-S143, 2005. A more detailed article on this subject is in 66 Brooklyn Law Review 1121 (2001).
